Purpose of the Meeting
Members will be asked to:
- Receive the minutes of the previous annual general meeting;
- Receive and approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2018;
- Elect two directors for a three (3) year term. The terms of the following directors are expiring: Bill Walters and Lloyd Perrin. Both are eligible to be re-elected and are seeking re-election;
- Appoint the auditor for 2019;
- Conduct any new business as may properly come before the meeting.
A copy of the Company’s financial statement will be available on the Company’s website at www.yarmouthmutual.com as of February 23, 2019. Members may also call the office and request a copy of the financial statement be mailed to them.
